Strong relationships or alliances with organizations across
our community are essential to our ability to reach the people we hope to
serve and be successful. Our Alliance Strategy is comprised of three parts.
Partnership Program
– “partners” are organizations, groups, companies, any entity that has direct contact with people of any age with a disability. Examples include but are not limited to, health-care providers, support groups, schools, athletic groups, and activity centers for people with special needs. Assisted living centers, nursing homes, physical therapy and rehabilitation centers are a few more examples. As are church groups and organizations for our veterans and first responders. If you are one of these organizations and want to work with us to help bring a person or persons to a Spring Training game or activity please contact us. All partners will have their website URL, posted on the Partnership Program Tab of our website helping to communicate their mission and the good work they do across our community.
Sponsorship Program
– “sponsors” are individuals, groups or companies that agree
to provide us (Game Day Bunch, Inc.) with either monetary or in-kind
contributions. As a 501(c) (3) non-profit we are completely
dependent on contributions and all contributions are tax deductible, as
allowed by law. Contributions may be made on-line or by contacting us
directly by email or phone. Below is a chart of Donation Tiers and associated
benefits. We are trying to have some fun with our Sponsorship Program as we
also try to encourage local businesses and individuals to donate to our cause. We hope you will find it in your heart to help us help the disABLEed in our community.
IDEAS
TO CONSIDER;
- Adopt an individual or group for a day OR more
- Sponsor a stadium seat for a day, week or even the season
- Help us sponsor a Fundraising Event, please! (We will need silent auction items too, door-prizes)
- How about a radio or newspaper spot?
- Ball caps, refreshments, fans, transportation, other goods ...
You
see there is no end to the way you can help.

Volunteer Program – we are
an all-volunteer organization and therefore rely on those folks that want to
help the disabled in our community and/or love baseball to pitch-in and give
us some of their valuable time. It does not have to be much time, we have roles and responsibilities that would only take an hour a month if that were all
you can spare. Or even just volunteer to help us on Game Days or for our Fundraiser. Any and all help is needed and
appreciated. If interested please go to our Volunteer Tab. Thank You!
